Please confirm coverage for COVID-19 testing with your insurance company. Patients are responsible for any fees not covered by their insurance carrier. Since January 1, 2022, insurance plans do not always cover the visit associated with a COVID-19 test. As we are a physician practice, a doctor or NP reviews every test result and speaks to every patient tested.
