2026 Georgia Access / Exchange Insurance Plan Update

Gwinnett Clinic will be in-network with nearly all Marketplace Plans (“Obamacare”) sold on the Georgia Access Exchange website in 2026. A complete list of in-network plans is below.

While the first enrollment period has ended, you still have until January 15, 2026 to enroll for coverage that begins on February 1, 2026. You can also switch plans if you wish to do so, and your new plan will be effective February 1, 2026.

The State of Georgia has intervened on Georgia Access Marketplace due to concerns that Kaiser Health Plan does not have enough doctors. There are now more affordable plans with broader networks than Kaiser available on Georgia Access.

Please note that Gwinnett Clinic made every effort to join the Kaiser network, but Kaiser declined our participation. If you are enrolled with Kaiser, and do not switch your plan, you can still self-pay for an office visit with us until switching to another plan in 2027. Labs and medications will still be covered through Kaiser. We encourage you to contact the State of GA Consumer Affairs Office and ask them to add Gwinnet Clinic to the Kaiser Exchange network by email [email protected] and phone 404-656-2070 | 1-800-656-2298. Your voice matters.

Gwinnett Clinic will be in-network with the following Marketplace Plans (“Obamacare”) available on the Georgia Access Exchange for 2026:

  • Alliant Health Exchange Plans
  • Ambetter Health Gwinnett Clinic Select (but not other Ambetter Select plans)
  • Ambetter Health by Peach State Health Plan (Bronze, Silver, and Gold
  • Anthem BCBS Silver Blue Value X
  • Anthem BCBS Pathway Health Plans
  • Anthem BCBS Pathway Guided Access and Enhanced Plans
  • Anthem BCBS Pathway HMO Plans
  • Anthem BCBS Blue Value Individual Network HMO
  • CareSource Exchange Plans
  • Oscar Health Plan of Georgia (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
  • United Healthcare Exchange Plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)

We are not in-network with Kaiser or Cigna Connect. Please be sure you are assigned a Gwinnett Clinic physician when enrolling in any plan. We are aware that Georgia Access, the “Obamacare” ACA Exchange, may be inaccurate.

Thank you for trusting Gwinnett Clinic with your care.
