Clinical Information:
If you need to discuss any clinical issue (lab results, a question about your prescription, making an appointment), please call the office you were seen at or sign-up to view your patient portal. We currently do not communicate any clinical information by email. If you need to reach a physician or nurse practitioner when the office is closed, please call our Answering Service at (770) 446-4209 and ask to speak to the provider on call for Gwinnett Clinic. Our Answering Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Invoices / Bills / Payments:
Questions about your bill may be directed to our Patient Financial Services Department at (678) 889-5285 during normal business hours. The office at which you are seen will also be likely to answer your question.
Customer Service:
If you have any feedback on a positive or negative experience at any of our clinics or over the phone (talking to a Patient Care Representative, Medical Assistant, or Patient Account Representative), we strongly encourage you to contact us. We want and need your feedback to continue improving our practice operations. Please include the date, time, and location of the incident as well as the names of any individual involved, and email this information to help@gwinnettclinic.com.
