Dr. Mark Hazel is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine physician who obtained his medical degree from Lousiana State University and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Texas Tech University Health System in Lubbock, Texas. He then completed his sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship at the University of California San Diego. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a sub-specialty certification in sports medicine. He has been practicing orthopedic surgery since 1997, and in Georgia since 2015.
