Patient Portal Notice

The Gwinnett Clinic Patient Portal is for the convenience of our patients to access account information. It is not meant to be used for urgent, emergent or time-sensitive medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

As we transition to our new EHR system (athenaOne), beginning August 19th, we kindly ask for your grace during the following weeks. Although our staff has been well trained on the new system, you may experience increased call and wait times. However, everyone at Gwinnett Clinic will be working hard to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We appreciate your understanding as well as the continued opportunity to provide care for you and your loved ones.

The best way to reach your physician or NP regarding a time-sensitive, but non-emergent, clinical issue is by calling the office during business hours and scheduling or walking in for an appointment.

Our Patient Portal should be used for:

  1. Request an appointment
  2. View test results
  3. Download health records
  4. Pay your bill
  5. Uploading Documents
  6. Send non-urgent messages to the Gwinnett Clinic care team. All of our physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants have electronic access to our patient’s medical records. A response to portal messages may take up to five days.
