Through our free patient portal you can:
- View lab or radiology results – Your lab results will be available on your portal within 5 business days of your visit. We will still call you to discuss and review your results!
- Check parts of your medical record
- Upload documents for your provider team to review
- Communicate with your provider teams
- Check your referrals

Register for the Patient Portal
If you would like to register for your portal today OR are having issues registering, logging in, or resetting your password, please email portal@gwinnettclinic.com with the following information:
- First and last name
- Year of birth
- The email address you would like connected with your portal to receive notifications
- Reason for email: Portal registration or portal issue
- If you are missing labs, please send us a message through the patient portal.
