Our Patient Portal is a courtesy for patient convenience. Gwinnett Clinic’s Patient Portal is NOT meant to be used for urgent, emergent or time-sensitive situations. Communications should be limited to informational, refill or appointment requests and clinical requests that can be responded to within 5 business days.
In case of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The best way to reach your physician or NP regarding a time-sensitive but non-emergent clinical issue is by calling the office during business hours and scheduling or walking in for an appointment.
Our Patient Portal should be used for:
- Viewing Lab Results
- Viewing Radiology Reports
- Viewing Specialist Referrals
- Prescription Clarifications (if seen within the last 3 mos)
- Uploading Documents
- Other Non-Urgent Communicaiton with your Care Team
It should NOT be used for:
- Scheduling/Requesting Appointments (call or request online)
- New Medical Issues (call or request online)
- Medical Records Requests (request online)
- Customer Service Issues (email or call Care Coordination)
